Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American comedian and actress is also known as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. She was born in Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and began her career after her move from Israel to the United States as a child actress. In AT&T commercials on television she played the character as Lily Adams (saleswoman) from 2013 until 2016 and into until 2020. She also was a regular series regular on Yahoo! Screen science fiction show Other Space (2015). Additionally, she was an actor on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). Vayntrub was also cast as Squirrelgirl on Marvel Rising in 2018 following her appearance in the pilot TV series New Warriors. Vayntrub was born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR, and is Jewish. Her parents and her were exiled from antisemitism as young as just two years old. They moved to the U.S. with their children. Due to financial hardships within her family, she began acting in Mattel Barbie commercials when she was five years old. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. She dropped out of school following her sophomore year. She earned a GED and later obtained an undergraduate degree in Arts (Communication) from the University of California San Diego. She learned improv comedy from the Upright Citizens Brigade.
