 Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30 1991) is known as his initials NF (stylized as IF), is an American rapper, singer musician, songwriter and record producer. Two EPs have been released: I'm FREE (2012) [3and a self-titled EP by Capitol CMG in 2014. Mansion was his debut major label album. It was released March 31st, 2015. His second studio album Therapy Session was released on April 22nd on the 22nd of April, 2016. It peaked at the number 12 in the US Billboard 200. His albums have been recognized with numerous awards. One of these includes the Gospel Music Association Dove Award, Rap/Hip Hop Album Of The Year (Therapy Session). In 2017, Perception became mainstream. It ranked at the top of the charts in the United States and was also certified platinum. While its third single "Let You Down" reached number twelve on U.S. charts, NF gained mainstream popularity in 2017. Billboard Hot 100 and a top ten hit in the world. Similar commercial success was achieved with The Search (2019). Feuerstein said that rap was a method to escape from his early years. Feuerstein recorded songs with a karaoke machine. He recorded instrumentals and performed raps using one microphone. Feuerstein independently released Moments the album that was the first of his studio album on November 29, 2010. The album was released "Alone" as his first single on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt were the writers and producers. In 2012, Feuerstein's work caught the attention of Xist Music. On May 2, 2012 he released his debut extended play , I'm Free, with the production of Profitt. The playlist included nine tracks, including "Alone". The EP also featured the exclusive version of Sean Simmonds, the singer of "Alone". Xist released a teaser for the release of their self-titled extended album, NF. However, Feuerstein broke off from the label because of a dispute. The release of NF was delayed. NF contained a track titled "Only One" featuring Shuree Williams in the compilation album Move Vol 1. On November 4, 2013, he released the single "Beautiful Addiction". Profitt returned to the song, along with vocals performed by Brady Schmitz (vocals) and Danielle Swift (vocals).
