Rachael Cook. Cook (born on October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voices her, as well as Robot Chicken's and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series began with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are comedians as well as a social worker. She is part Italian. Cook first was featured in a public service announcement for foster care when she was seven years old. of age, and began working as a child print model at 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target and appearing on the boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
